Due to the nature of our products, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If your item is damaged upon delivery, you may request an exchange within 3 days from the date your order is delivered. Photo proof will be required. If we accept the item as damaged you will receive a return label to send the item back. We will send a replacement for the damaged item upon receiving the damaged goods.


Yes, as long as you have not received a tracking number already this can be fixed. Please e-mail us at as soon as you realize there is a discrepancy with your address. 

Currently, we only offer shipping through USPS. Prices are automatically calculated based on the shipping weight of your order at checkout. All shipping fees are non-refundable once a tracking number has been issued. 

Our current order processing times are *1-2 business days for crystals & smudges, 3-4 business days for all bath and body products, & 5-7 business days for all crystal candles. Please Note: when ordering multiple items, they will be shipped when all items are prepared to be shipped. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is 1-5 business days, depending on your location. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. We are not responsible for any shipping delays that may result from natural occurrences, revised holiday schedules from our shippers or any circumstances beyond our control. 

- You will receive a tracking number, which can be used to track your package & the date of arrival, within the aforementioned processing time. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to be updated.

Yes. Please contact us with the item(s) you would like to add to your order, prior to receiving a tracking number. You will receive an invoice to pay the remaining balance, and your order will be shipped with a tracking number upon receipt.

There is no certain answer for this. We always suggest doing a small patch test, as our items do contain essential oils along with carrier oils. 

We do NOT offer wholesale at this time. However, this is a possibility down the line.
