I already place my order, but I made a mistake with my address. Can I fix it?
Yes, as long as you have not received a tracking number already this can be fixed. Please e-mail us at email@example.com as soon as you realize there is a discrepancy with your address.
Can I add a product to my order after I've already submitted an order?
Yes. Please contact us with the item(s) you would like to add to your order, prior to receiving a tracking number. You will receive an invoice to pay the remaining balance, and your order will be shipped with a tracking number upon receipt.
I have really sensitive skin, will your products cause me to breakout?
There is no certain answer for this. We always suggest doing a small patch test, as our items do contain essential oils along with carrier oils.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If your item is damaged upon delivery, you may request an exchange within 3 days from the date your order is delivered. Photo proof will be required. If we accept the item as damaged you will receive a return label to send the item back. We will send a replacement for the damaged item upon receiving the damaged goods.
Do you offer wholesale?
We do NOT offer wholesale at this time. However, this is a possibility down the line.
